The Group became a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange in the year 1965, followed by the National Stock Exchange (1992) and Depository Participant in Central Depository Services (India) Limited.

For Bullion Manufacturing and Trading at their SEZ (Special Economic Zone) unit in Sachin, (Surat, India) Dindayal Group has been accorded as the Star Trading House by the Government of India. This prestigious recognition is provided to companies who had an export turnover of more than $500 million.
